A DEADLOCK.
——♦ ALL-NIGHT SITTING OF CANADIAN HOUSU. A DISSOLUTION RUMOURED. Received May 28, 10.20 p.m. OTTAWA, May 28. A deadlock in the Dominion House of Commons owing to the Opposition's refusal to vote Supply until the Electoral Bill had been amended, caused an all-night sitting. It is rumoured that Sir Wilfrid Laurier (the Premier) contemplates a dissolution in the summer.
