VOYAGE ALONG THE COAST,. FRANTIC ENTHUSIASM. 'Received May 28, 10.20 p.m. NEW YORK, May 28. The voyage of the American battleships up the Pacific Coast was one of triumphal progress. Everywhere the fleet was received with frantic enthusiasm. Over three hundred thousand persons witnessed the parade a* - Seattle of thi bluejackets, Federal troops and State militia. The officers of the fleet declare that the lavish hospitality extended to the crews has demoralised them, necessitating a period of stiff discipline.
