GEACH'S DRAMATIC COMPANY.
It is now some time ago since a dramatic company visited Masterton, so that Edwin Geach's popular dramatic company may be suie of a successful season. The opening piece of the present company to-morrow night will be "A Modern Adventuress," which is of the melo-drama order, interspersed with bright comedy, and is stated to have been a brilliant success wherever produced. The "Otago Times" says: "A Modern Adventuress" is a production of a thoroughly sound and healthy type, where villiany gets is deserts and virtue comes out triumphantly rewarded. The grave and the gay, the pathetic and the sensational, are admirably blended into an harmonious whole, and the whole piece carries the audience With it from start to finish. On Thursday evening, the last night of the season, an entirely new play will be produced, a foui-act comedy drama, entitled, "The Midnight Hour." The box plan is open at Miss A. E. Rive's.
