> A CONVICTION QUASHED. Received May 25, 9 a.m. BERLIN, May 25. The Imperial Court at Leipzigquashed Herr Harden's sentence and ordered a re-tria!. Herr Harden was convicted and sentenced to four months' imprisonment on a charge of libel for publishing articles in his paper accusing certain Court officials (including Prince Eulenberg) of immoral practices.
