ABDEL AZIZ'S ARMY SURROUNDED. Received May 20, 11.41 p.m. LONDON, May 20. The Tangier correspondent of "The Times" reports that hostile Bennihassen tribesmen surrounded Abdel Aziz's army, which was unable to proceed to Fez. A deputation from Mulai LI a fid has arrived at the camp, and i 3 negotiating f or the surrender of the whole of his force.
