UNION JACK TO BE FLOWN ON EMPIRE DAY. OTTAWA, May 15. Replying to a question in Parliament by Senator Domville, the Hon. R. W. Scott, Canadian Secretary of State, said that if, owing to Mr Asquith's recent declaration the Union Jack waf not flown over English pubhe buildings on Empire Day, the only effect would be that it would, be flown still more, generally in Canada.
