Received May 14, 9.55 a.m. SYDNEY, May 14, The Rugby League has enquired as to the injury received by Henncssy in the match New Zealand v. Australia, on Saturday, and has unanimously exonerated Johnston from any blame in the matter. It was alleged that Hennessy was struck in the face, and Johnston was ordered off the field. The latter player, however, declared that Hennessy's injury was the result of an accidental blow in the course of play. Received May 14, 10.5 a.m. HOB ART, May 14. The English Rugby team for New Zealand, who are passengers by the Athenic, were welcomed by the local association.
