PRESS COMMENTS. ' Received May 12, 8.30 a.m. CAPETOWN, May 11. The "South African News," while approving the resolutions adopted by the International Conference at Pretoria, suggests the popular election of delegates. The "Cape Times" denounces the resolutions, on the grounds that a big State will be given power to squeeze a smaller one, and that no provision is made to submit the convention's decisiomOto the people.
