Received May 7, 11.25 p.m. LONDON, May 7. A solicitor namtd Meakin is suing T. Caradoc Kerry for £II,OOO for alleged i'alde representation respecting guano islands, in the South Pacific. It is alleged that Meakin gave Kerry £6,000 cash and expended £5,000 in promoting a company en the representation chat the guano deposits were valuable. These were afterwards shown to be so valueless that subscriptions were returned to the shartholders.
