DUNE DIN, May A meeting of the City Council vr held to-night to consider Messr Noyes Bros.' claim for commission on the construction of the tramways, etc. Noyes Bros., whoso original claim was for £lo,tiOl 5s 4d, offered to reduce the amount to £9,500. The council, which previously offered £7.500, decided lo offer £8,501, reducible by about £2OO wages in the hands of Noyes Bros, not expended.
