KURDISH RAIDS.
PUNITIVE EXPEDITION. Received May 1, 9.45 p.m. TEHERAN, May 1. The Persian Government are hurriedly collecting 10,000 troops to proceed against the Kurds who captured and horribly maltreated 2,000 women and children. News reached Teheran on Tuesday that three thousand Kurds pillaged the villages of Urumidh and Khoy, massacring two thousand men, women and children.
