Received April 28, 8.28 a.m. STOCKHOLM, April 27,
King Edward, at a gala dinner in Stockholm Palace, said he believed an agreement such as had been signed by the Norht Sea Powers would materially conduce to the peaceful development of those countries and the maintenance of everlasting peace.
