A PROSECUTION FOR LIBEL.
Received April 23, 8.34 a.m. BERLIN, April 22. The editor of the "Neue Fr.eie Volkszeitung" has been fined 100 marks (about £5) for accusing Herr Harden of accepting a million marks (£50,000) from Eulenburg for discontinuing attacks on his malpractices.
