NHE INTERCOLONIAL COUNCIL.
THREE MEMBERS RESIGN, Received April 21, 8.30 a.m. CAPE TOWN, April 20. Sir George Farrar, Sir Percy Fitzpatrick, and Mr Qui'nn have resigned their seats on the Intercolonial Council owing to Lord Selborne's instructions. Its Railway Committee immediately enforced the Railway Commissioner's recommendations.
