PRINCE BULOW'S MISSION.
SPECULATION IN BERLIN. A SEMI-OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT. Received April 20, 9.43 a.m. BERLIN, April 19. The Government journals are making political capital out of Prince Bulow's interview with the Pope. The Opposition Press declare that the Pope prompted a demonstration against the Centre Party in the Reichstag. It is semi-officially announced that Prince Bulow and the Pope are agreed upon a matter which is Germany's own affair.
