GRADUALLY BECOMING WEAKER. Received April 29, 9.26 p.m. LONDON, April 20. Although successive bulletins do not indicate a marked change in his condition, it is acknowledged that Sir Henry Campbell - Bannerman is gradually becoming weaker.
