NAPIER CARNIVAL SPORTS. BY TELEGKAVH —I'BESG ASSOCIATION. NAPIER, April 19. Rain began yesterday afternoon and continued steadily until this forenoon. At the Carnival Athietic Sports yesterday, the Sheffield Handicap was won by S. H. Major, (12yds), in 12 l-ssec, with T. McIntyre (4yds) a close second.
