SOUTH AFRICAN RAILWAYS .
INTERCOLONIAL UNIFICATION. Received Aprill 9, 4.18 p.m. CAPETOWN, April 18. Mr Conacher, the English traffic expert, has presented his All-South African Governments report, strongly advocating the unification of the South African railways, and, if possible, the harbours. He considers it is of real interest that he inland colonies should be partners with the coast colonies in all route 3to the sea, and that Delagoa Bay must play an important part for the benefit of the whole country.
