The Easter bowling tournament was commenced to-day, visiting teams being present from Karori, Thorndon, Dannevirke, Shannon, Petone, Greenmeadows. In the first round Greenmeadows (16) beat Petoae (9), Dannevirke (19) beat Palmerston(ll), Thorndon (18) beat Shannon (1G), Shannon (17) beat Karori (IG. Second Round.) —Palmerston (24) beat Karori (14), Tnori:dop (17) beat Shannon (11), Petone (20) beat Palmerston (10), Greenmeadows (20) beat Dannevirke (11), Palmerston (27) beat Shannon (4). Third Round. Petone (19) beat Dannevirke (14), Thorndon (17) beat Shannon (14), Palmerston (16) beat Greenmeadows (11), Palmerston (32) beat Karori (3).
