SHOT BY A STUDENT. Received April 13, 9.57 p.m. VIENNA, April 13. Siczyuski, a Ruthenian student of philosophy, shot and killed Count Potocki, Governor of Galicia, at Lembere, while presenting a petition. The murderer has been arrested. |
