POLITICAL ADDRESS AT KAITANGATA. KAITANGATA, April 12. The Prime Minister delivered a political address here last night. Referring to the finances, he said that for the year just closed the revenue of the dominion was nearly nine millions sterling; it would be at I least £8,800,000. He also dealt at some length with the Arbitration and 1 Conciliation system, his remarks on the subject being very much cn the lines of his Auckland speech towards the end of last month. The Premier was accorded a hearty vote of thanks, ■ and confidence was expressed in the Government.
