STOCK MARKET.
Messrs Dalgety and Co, Ltd., Yeport on their sale held in che Loan and .Mercantile yards, Eketahuna, yesterday, as follows; There was a large yarding of sheep, mostly of fair quality, which met with a dragging sale, but before the day *w?.sdone we maniged to quit all four lots. Buyers were present from all parts of the district. All cattle entered were yarded, but met with a dragging sale. We quote Two-tooth ewes up to 13s, 4-tooth to 12s, 6-tooth to f.f.m. ewes to 9s BJ, cull ewes 2s 2d to ss, shorn lambs to 7s lid, cull lambs 2s Gd to 4s, 2 and 4-tooth wethers to 12s lOd, 2-tootb wethers to 10s Gd. Rams. — Two-tooth Lincolns to 32gns, aged Romneys to lgn, Southdown rams to lfgns. Pigs.— Small weaners 14s. Cattle. Dairy cows to £2 15s, weaners 9s to 13s, bulls to 265, steers to £2 19s.
