The third bowling match, Victoria versus New Zealand was played on the Carlton green, which was in perfect order. The New Zealanders were heartily welcomed. The Victorians won by 121 points to 5. The details are as follow:—Smith, Martin, Coltnr.an, Goldstein (N.Z.), 18, lost to OHver, Trickett, Wrignt, Waxman (Victoria), 21. Smith, Bread, Waddell,, Bishop (New Zealand), 18, lost to Jamieson, Wood, Collins, Stephens (Victoria), 23. Wallace, Gee. Findlay, Hain (New Zealand), 21, lost to Morrison, W. Woods, Garvell, Smith (Victoria), 24. Chegwin, Goisiebber, Allnutt, Johnston (New Zealand), 18, beat Strieff, Shaw, Hannah, Lecoullard ' (Victoria), 17. Bunting, Manning, Bastings, Bent- i ley (New Zealand), 22, lost to Warner, Jackson, Grut, Harrison (Victoria), 36. \ The totals were as follow:- Fifth head, New Zealand 13, Victoria 30; : tenth head, New Zealand 33, Vic- ; toria 53; fifteenth head, New Zealand 68, Victoria 67; twentieth head, ' New Zealand 79, Victoria 94.
