STOCK MARKET.

The N°.w Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report as follows:—At our Pahiatua sale on Tuesday, there was a very heavy entry in sheep of all classes all round, with the exception of fats and forwards. At the commencement of the sale buyers were slow to operate, but livened up as the sale proceeded, and the fact of vendors realising low prices ruling in other districts, we were enabled to quit the bulk of our catalogue.
