HOCKEY.

A most successful practice of hockey players was held last Saturday at Lansdowne, a large number being present. AH players are requested to turn out next Saturday in view of the forthcoming competitions. A match will be played on Easter Monday between the Tui Club and all comers. The team to represent the "Tuis" will be picked next Friday night. A club called the Ruahine Club has been formed at Dannevirke.
