GRAIN STANDARDS.
CHRISTCHURCH, April 4. The Produce Sectional Committee of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce has fixed the standard of grain samples for the season, the weights being as follow: — WheatTuscan, hunters and pearl, each 63 lb to the bushel. Oats—Danish, 361b per bushel; Garton A, 401b; Garton B; 381b; Canadian A, 401b; Canadian B, 381b; Sparrowbills A, 401b; Sparrowbills B, 381b; dun, 371b.
