AN ALLIANCE.
UNITED ACTION ON LABOUK QUESTIONS. LABOUR GROUPS COMBINE. Received April 2, 10.28 p.m. LONDON, April 2. The Labour groups in the House of Commons have formed an alliance, limited to the present Parliament, for the purpose of taking united action in connection with labour questions. They also undertake that neither group shall interfere with the other regarding sitting members or selected candidates at by elections.
