RAILWAY' PASSENGER AWARDED DAMAGES. Received March 31, 10.45 a.m. SYDNEY, March 31. A passenger recovered £2OO damages against the Railway Commissioners for his removal from a carriage on the ground that he was allegedly drunk, when he was really ill.
