The World's Pictures Company "concluded their Masterton season in the Town Hall, last evening, when there was a fairly large audience ] 'The various items on the programme • were warmly applauded. The series >of pictures shown were excellent, the ! best films being "A Trip Across the 1 "Torpedo Attack on -Wjfß.'K'S- Dreadnought," and "The ! 'T. Hooligans." Mr Sheffield was en- , cored for his singing, of comic songs, ] while Mr Carl Hurman kept the audience interested with card and , - other tricks. A good item was the playing on various musical instru- ' ments by tho Monk Brothers. Mr ' Charles Blake's singing again met i with well-deserved applause. ( - - i
