WORLD'S PICTURES AND COMEDY COMPANY.
At the Town Hall, next Thursday and Friday evenings, the above Company, under the 'direction of the well-known actor, Mr Charles Blake, will make their first appearance here. .The management promise a very interesting programme, which will comprise both vaudeville and moving pictures. A contemporary says:—"The Hooligans of Paris" is a series of animated kinematograms depicting the various phases of crime, and is a production of absorbing interest. "A Torpedo Attack on H.M.S. Dreadnought," "A Trip Across the Atlantic"'are also good. Carl Hurman, an illusionist and mystifier, is an artist of exceptional, calibre. Mr Charles Blake contributes illustrated songs, and the laughter raising element is in the hands of Mr Geo. Sheffield.
