A TOWN ISOLATED. FOOD SUPPLIES GETTING SHORT. SYDNEY, SMarch 21. Collarenebin is isolated by floods. There has been no train for a week and food supplies are getting short. At Wee Waa and Narrabri the worst is cast and the waters are receding. ROCKHAMPTON COMMON SUBMERGED. ROCKHAMPTON, March 21. The flood waters are btill rising in all the lower parts of the town. The whole nf Rockhampton Common is submerged.
