A CUNNING THIEF.
BANK CASHIER DUPED. Received March 20, 8.36 a.m. LONDON, March 19. A caller induced the cashier of the Southampton branch of Lloy \'s Bank to go into the street to speak to a supposed gouty occupant of a cab. Meanwhile the caller decamped with a thousand pounds in notes and cash. The occupant of the cab likewise disappeared.
