THE ADDRESS-IN-REPLY ADOPTED. A CONSTITUTIONAL.QUESTION. Received March 20, 10 a.m. BRISBANE, March 20. The Assembly adopted the Address-in-Reply. The Governor (Lord Chelmsford), in accepting it, acknowledged it a3 an expression of opinion on a constitutional question, and will forward it to the Secretary of State for the Colonies. The Address-in-Reply expressed the opinion that the last Parliament, in refusing Supply, acted constitutionally, and respectfully expressed regret that the Governor had seen fit to dissolve a Parliament newlyelected and perfectly able and willing to carry on business, providing the Governor had taken the advice tendered him.
