WHOLESALE SWINDLING.
FIVE STATE OFFICIALS FOUND GUILTY. Received March 36, 11.23 p.m. NEW YORK, March 16. Five officials of the State of Pennsylvania, including the architect, contractor and auditor, have been found guilty of swindling to the extent of £1,800,000 in connection with the building and furnishing of the State Capitol.
