AFFAIRS IN MOROCCO.
MULAI HAFID'S OVERTURES
FRENCH PRESS COMMENTS
PARIS, March 13. Commenting on Mulai Hand's offers of submission, French newspapers state that the Pretender's troops were simply attacked because they sided with the enemies of France, and that if he ceased mustering the Shawia tribes for a Holy War, and respects the Algeciras Act, he will not be molested. If he wishes to submit to Abdul Aziz, France will be willing to mediate.
