LAUNCH OF A BIG BATTLESHIP. Received March 9, 8.30 a.m. BERLIN, March 8. The Kaiser was present at the launching of Germany's Dreadnought, which was christened Rassan. Extreme secrecy was observed, and no foreign attaches or correspondents were present at the launching.
