QUEBEC TERCENTENARY CELEBRATIONS.

Earl Grey, Governor-General of Canada, hopes that representatives from every portion of the Empire will attend the Quebec tercentenary _ celebrations. He believes that children of the Empire will join with Canadian children in assisting at the commemoration.
