HAWERA, March 4. At the West Coast Swimming Sports, the championships were won as follow:
100 yds Breast Stroke. —F. R. Turnbull, Hawera, 1; Swainson, New Plymouth, 2. Time, lmin 25 2-ssec. 100 yds Championship.—Cummins, Wanganui, 1; Pfankuch, New Plymouth, 2. Time, lmin 5 3-st«ec. 220 yds Championship.—Bridges, Wanganui, 1; A. Hunter, Hawera, 2. Time, 3min 4 3 ssec. 440 yds Championship. Bridges, Wanganui. 1; A. Hunter, Hawera, 2. Time, 6min 40sec.
Turnbull has won the Breast Stroke Championship three years in succession.
