GENERAL CONDITION FAIRLY GOOD.

The influenza has somewhat tried Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman's heart. His general condition is, however, fairly good. „• Received March 2,. 10.53 p.m. LONDON, March 2.
The "Daily News," referring to Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman's health, states that- there is no immediate cause for alarm, though his convalescence will be somewhat prolonged.
On 13th November last, after a vigorous address at Bristol in connection with the Colston celebrations, J Sir Henry was prostrated by a sudden ; attack of illness, the result of fatigue, and of heart trouble, by which he is I known to be affected. After a somewhat anxious time, he recovered sufficiently to be able to travel, and spent some weeks on the Continent. Returning to England, he again took up the responsible duties uf his posi- I tion, but an attack of influenza has once again laid him low. Sir Henry J is in his seventy-second year. \
