AFGHANS JOIN THE ZAKHAS. Received February 28, 8.10 a.m. CALCUTTA, February 27. General Sir James Willcocks has assented to a two days' armistice iri order to facilitate friendlies in the negotiations which are now proceeding. The Zakha Khels are at Halwai in considerable numbers. Armed Afghans and other tribesmen have joined the Zakhas.
