FINANCIAL EMBARRASSMENTS
Received February 27, 9 a.m. LONDON, February 26. Owing to Portugal's financial embarrassments, foreign bankers suggest the sale of Dulagoa Bay to Great Britain, Angola to Germany, and Portuguese Timor to France. The Portuguese elections will be held early in April.
