AUCTION SALE OF YATES' ESTATE.
On Wednesday evening next the public will have an opportunity of purchasing very desirable residential sections in Yates' Estate under exceptionally easy terms. The majority of the allotments are half acres, and those securing sections of this site will find them sufficiently large on which to lay out lawn, shrubbery and garden, and at the same time allow ample Toom for a dwelling-house. 'Visitors to the estate during the past week cannot fail to have noticed the splendid position of the property. It is high and dry, and commands a fine view of the town and surrounding country. From a health point of view the estate can be highly recommended, and the sale on Wednesday should be a decided success, as really good value will be offered throughout. In order that those engaged during the day may be enabled to attend the sale will be held in the evening.
