NOTICE is hereby given that the Special Rolls in connection with the above proposals will be open for inspection during office hours at the County Office, Chapel Street, Masterton, from date hereof until the 27th inst. Any person whose name appears on the s-aid Rolls may, not later than the sth of I March next, lodge with the Council an objection to his or her name being included therein, on the ground that his or her property will not be benefited, or will be only partially benefited, by the expenditure of the said loans, or on the ground that the property of any person is wholly or partially omitted therefrom. Such objection shn.ll be heard and determined by the District Assessment Court in manner prescribed by "The Rating' Act, 1894," in case of objections under that Act.
