NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Masterton County Council, at a meeting to be held on the 10th day of March next, to confirm the following resolutions, passed by way of Special Order at a special meeting held on the 14th January, 1908 : (1). Authorising tho raising of a loan of .£0,300 under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," and its amendments, for bridge-building and metalling on the Weraiti-Ferny hurst section of the Mas-torton-East Coast Road. (2). Striking a special rate to meet interest and other charges on the said loan. Copies of the said resolutions, which are to take effect (1) on confirmation, and (2) on the Gazetting thereof, respectively, are open for inspection at the County Office, Chapel Street, Masterton, during office hours.
