Farm Labour Difficulty.
CONCILIATION BOARD CHARGED WITH BIAS.
AUCKLAND, February 21
The farm labour difficulty and the desirability of affiliating with the Employers' Association were discussed this morning by the executive of the Farmers' Union. After discussion the final consideration was deferred to the next Provincial conference, v It was resolved —"That this meeting approves the action of 'he head office in the shearers' dispute in declining to appear before the Conciliation Board as at present constituted, as in the opinion of the meeting it is not an unbiased tribunal."
