It is a spacious building, particularly well adapted for the display of furniture and other gouds, and the lighting is well arranged. The initial sale will take place under the most favourable circumstances, in that the goods to be sold are of exceptional quality, and there is absolutely no reserve. lYlr Aronsten is adopting a novel method for the display of the goods to be offered, in so far that the extensive floorspace enables him to set out furniture of each room by itaelf, and as one enters the mart the hall furniture will be found on the right, then thq drawing-room, while on the left is the dining-room and bedrooms, with the kitchen goods and sundries at the rear. The arrangement has been well thought out in the interests of the vendor, whose goods could not possibly have better display. A gaslight display will be made every evening, when the public will have an opportunity of inspecting the goods.
