CLEARING SALE OF STOCK.

At Weruite, on Thursday next, under instructions from Mr J. Johnson, | the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., will submit at auctiun the whole of his stock, farm implements, and dairy utensils. The stock includes 570 etvfcs, 260 lambs, eight rams, 24 picked dairy! cows, 25 head of mixed cattle, mostly springing heifers, and three horses. The implements and dairy utansils are all in good order, and of thd class to be found on a well-con-ducted farm. The sale will begin at 12 noon.
