YATES' ESTATE.
Plans of the Yates' Estate allotments are now being circulated, and will give the public an idea of how the property has been subdivided. The greater portion of the half-acre sections have frontages to the new .roadway, Wright Street, while smaller allotments face Pownall and Tararua Streets. The block is splendidly •situated for residential purposes, and there should bt a good demand for the various subdivisions at the sale by auction on Wednesday eveniig next. The roading work of the block is now well forward, and intending buyers are advised to visit the estate, with a view to making a good selection from the most desirable sites. The terms on which the sections are to be sold are exceptionally easy, being ten per cent, cash, ten per cent. in'six months, while the balance may remain for four years at five and a half per cent. Plans are obtainable from Mr J. R. Nicol. Mr W. H. Cruickshank, and Messrs Robinson and Robinson.
