About thirteen timber vessels are unable to discharge cargo. COLLIERY WHEELERS' STRIKE. Received February 13, 1 a.m. SYDNEY, February 12. The wheelers at the Dudley Colliery have again ceased work. The minei's refused to do the wheeling themselves. It is likely that the contempt with which the Court has been subjected by a section of employees will caus'e the President to reconsider his position.
