REPORTED ASSASSINATION OF THE CZAR.

AN UNFOUNDED RUMuUR. Received February 7, 10.30 p.m. LONDON, February 7. It was rumoured in Paris, Berlin, and Vienna, to-day, that the Czar of Russia had been assassinated. Neither the Russian Embassy nor the Foreign Office here had received any information on the matter. However, a St. Petersburg telegram, received early to-day, stated that the rumour was unfounded.
